My good friend, Anne Basting, told me about this site. I'm a psychology professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I'm also a TimeSlips trainer, TimeSlips being the storytelling method Anne developed for people with Alzheimer's to express their wonderful creativity. For a very long time, my academic work has focused on religious faith and spiritual awareness among older persons. Right now, I'm working on a project that asks how persons with early stage dementia relate to congregations, and how congregations relate to them.
